Wears #88 in an attempt to get everyone to call him "Maxinho", has since however discovered that Ronaldinho actually wore #80 at Milan.
High levels of self-confidence, which is probably why he's Captain material. Got himself sin-binned for shrieking at a pitch that only dogs and, unfortunately, the referee could hear. A dangerous man to have "a few pints" with, particularly if your surname is Reddie.
Once nicked a goal off Brett which endeared him to all of us greatly, although Todd nicking one off him was equally well-received. This, part of a 7 in 92 goal record (apparently he'll get 10 by his 100th appearance...), has not been enough to convince anyone yet that he is worthy of playing up front, although to our eternal shame he was once allowed to take a penalty.
Promised to celebrate a goal on his 69th appearance with That Celebration. Despite the warning, no-one was worried, given the aforementioned goalscoring record. Did indeed score, of course, making Bez's decision to be injured that day a very wise one.
